These terms cover your use of AdminifAI. By starting a trial or paying an invoice you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are able to bind it.
AdminifAI provides an AI assistant that answers calls, Instagram DMs, website chat and SMS on your behalf, together with a messaging hub, booking tools, reminders, campaigns and a website we build and host for you. Exactly which channels are active depends on what you have subscribed to.
New customers get one month of the base service free. No card is required to start. At the end of the trial the service continues at the standard rate only if you choose to continue; we will not charge you without your say-so.
The base service is $300 per month. Each additional AI channel is $75 per month. The Get More Bookings add-on is $99 per month plus $0.05 for each message actually sent. Fees are billed monthly in advance, except per-message charges which are billed in arrears.
Adding or removing a channel takes effect immediately and is prorated. There are no setup fees, no contracts and no commission on your bookings.
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. We do not refund part-months, and we will export your data for you on request.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices, staff and policies you give us, for having consent to message your own clients, and for complying with the messaging laws that apply where you operate. You must not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages.
The assistant is software. It will occasionally misunderstand a request, and it hands over to a human when it is unsure. You remain responsible for your bookings and your client relationships. We do not guarantee a particular booking volume, revenue figure or no-show rate — figures on this site are illustrative unless stated to come from a named salon.
We aim for continuous availability and depend on third parties including Twilio, OpenAI, Stripe and your booking platform. We will tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can.
Your data stays yours. We process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy, and we will export or delete it on request.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost bookings.
We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: hello@adminif.ai.
