AdminifAI provides AI front-desk software to salons, spas and barbershops. If you are a client of a salon that uses AdminifAI, that salon is the controller of your data and we process it on their behalf. Questions either way can go to hello@adminif.ai.
When you sign up we collect your name, email address, phone number, salon name and the details needed to run your account — services, prices, staff, opening hours and policies. We also store the contents of conversations your assistant handles, because that is the product.
We collect standard technical data when you use the app: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.
On behalf of our salon customers we store client names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment history, notes the salon adds, and the messages exchanged with the salon across phone, SMS, Instagram and web chat.
We do not sell this data. We do not share one salon’s client list with another salon. We do not use it to market to clients on our own behalf.
To provide the service — answering calls and messages, booking appointments, sending reminders and running the campaigns a salon asks us to run. To bill for the service. To keep it secure and diagnose faults. To meet legal obligations.
We use a small number of processors to run the service: cloud hosting, Twilio for calls and SMS, OpenAI for the assistant’s language understanding, Stripe for payments, and the booking platform you have connected (Square, Vagaro, Fresha or Mindbody). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
We will disclose data if legally compelled, and will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
For as long as your account is open, and for 90 days after you close it, so that an accidental cancellation can be undone. After that it is deleted from live systems, with backups ageing out within a further 90 days. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access by our staff is limited to what is needed for support and is logged. We will notify affected customers without undue delay if a breach affects their data.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, export it or have it deleted by emailing hello@adminif.ai. If you are a client of a salon rather than a salon owner, contact the salon first — we will help them action your request.
Salons are responsible for having consent to contact their own clients. Every automated message we send on a salon’s behalf includes a way to stop, and an opt-out is honoured immediately across every channel.
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies in your browser. The app itself uses a single cookie to keep you logged in.
If we change this policy materially we will email account holders before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
