It reads the calendar your team already uses — Square, Vagaro, Fresha, Mindbody or ours — so the times it offers are genuinely bookable, with the right length held for the right service.

If a caller asks for a person, gets upset, or asks something outside what it knows, it transfers the call or flags the conversation and texts you. Knowing when to stop is a feature, not a gap.
